Our opening title sequence - Sharp White

Here is our opening title sequence, Sharp White.
I don't think it is as good as it could have been. I thoroughly enjoyed the first year of the Media Studies course and can't wait until next year!

Evaluation 'bloopers'

We had great fun filming for our opening sequence and evaluation. When editing for the evaluation questions i cut out some of the bits we done wrong and some of the bits where we was having a laugh.

EVALUATION Question7 - Looking back at your preliminary task, what do you feel you have learnt in the progression from it to the full product?

To answer this question we thought it would be best to do it in a video. This is a video of me, Keira and Luke, 3 out of 4 group members. It is not scripted, this was all thinking about the question as i read them of the sheet.

EVALUATION Question 6 - What have you learnt about technologies from the process of constructing this product?

EVALUATION Question 4 AND 5 - Who would be the audience for your media product? AND How did you attract/address your audience?

This is our answer for this question, we thought it would be best answered in a video. We all done research into thriller audiences so this is just a short video saying who our audience would be and why. In this video there is me, Keira and Luke - Jasmine was not in school again.

We recently had a media showcase to show staff and other media students what we have achieved with our films. After watching all the films, me, Keira and Luke then interviewed some teachers and the head teacher to see what they thought of our film Sharp White.

Before interviewing the teachers, Keira wrote down questions for us to ask them so we knew what we were doing. The questions were as follows;

EVALUATION Question 3 - What kind of media institution might distribute your media products and why?

EVALUATION Question 2 - How does your media product represent particular social groups?
